I love to travel, learn, observe, contemplate and talk with people. So, this blog is an interactive synthesis of those major parts of my life.

My goal with this blog is to document my experiences and to allow people to travel with me, through my entries and your donations. It’s also a nice way to get my butt in the chair to write (a difficult task). Check back often, since I edit my work frequently, and the edits are always improvements (adding photos, correcting facts and grammar et cetera).
I also like to network, converse and engage in dialog. Please leave comments and spark up interaction. Add your voice.

Thought I’d follow your Asian trip on line. Looks like a massage was a good idea after the super-long flight. I can relate.
It was good to see you before your trip began. I made sure I saw Jen & Justin’s new house this trip too. Wow what a beautiful house. They are lucky ducks to have found such a nice spot. It will give them plenty of incentive to work to keep it.

Facebook sent me an e-mail complaining at me for ignoring/ not talking to my friends, and Grr was just asking today how to find your Blog, so it was handy I checked facebook and found the link. I notice she had signed up for e-mails above,, but she said she hadn’t seen anything yet.
